Shipping and Handling rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your purchase as well as the distance from our east coast office.

When will your order ship?

Orders placed Monday - Friday will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after Noon EST on Friday and orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.

When will your order arrive?

We will send a ship notification with tracking information at the time of shipment. We carefully pack and ship all products directly from our warehouse outside of Boston. Domestic orders are shipped with USPS or FedEx Ground and can take 2 to 5 business days to deliver.

Tracking Orders

With the shipment notification e-mail, you will receive the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
